Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Reanimator uses. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Why there is no consent banner
We set only strictly necessary cookies — the ones required to deliver a service you asked for. Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and its national implementations, cookies strictly necessary for a service explicitly requested by the user are exempt from the consent requirement.
We run no advertising cookies, no behavioural profiling, no third-party analytics and no cross-site tracking. That is why you are not asked to click through a banner: there is nothing to consent to. If we ever introduce a non-essential cookie, we will ask first.
2. Cookies we set

Stripe cookies are set only on pages where you interact with checkout or the billing portal, and they serve Stripe's fraud detection. They are not used to profile you for advertising. See Stripe's cookie policy.
3. Other local storage
The editor uses your browser's localStorage and IndexedDB to hold work in progress — timelines, annotations and interface preferences — so that a reload does not lose your session. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us except when you save a project. Clearing site data removes it.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because ours are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from signing in or completing a purchase — the service will not work.
We do not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals, because we do not engage in the tracking or sale of personal information those signals are designed to limit.
5. Changes
If we add cookies, this page will be updated before they are set, and any non-essential cookie will require your consent first.
